A POST ON CREATING YOUR BEST LIFE THROUGH ROMANTIC MINIMALISM & SIMPLE MINDFULNESS
Weather you are a true minimalist or (like me) a hopeless romantic at heart, this list of minimal jewelry brands will get you all dreamy about updating your jewelry drawer.
I don’t know about you but my taste in jewelry and especially the metals it is made from has truly changed over the past decade or two. I really was such a sterling silver or platinum ONLY kinda gal but in the last few years I have fallen head over heals in love with gold and rose gold.
And the designers must have too, because when you take a look at the gorgeous pieces below you’ll see gold is the dominating element.
And whats not to love? It really goes with any skin tone and instantly gives a more feminine & romantic feel into any minimalist piece.
Discover [in no particular order] my 5 favorite minimalist jewelry brands with me…
A few years ago two incredibly passionate designers met under the sun of the Mediterranean city Barcelona. Both come from backgrounds of art and design and have such a unique eye for simple forms that evoke emotion.
“Ethically made, unique handcrafted jewelry for everyday!”
Because they believe that « less is more » all of their delicate pieces are inspired by simplicity and clean shapes which is reflected in their lightweight design style.
I love their focus on making jewelry of such delicate lines perfect and easy to wear everyday. They also have an amazing mix of feminine AND masculine pieces.
& OTHER STORIES
Paris, Stockholm & Los Angeles
Founded in 2010 by a small group of creatives, & Other Stories grew from the wish to give women the freedom of expression through one brand.
“Our aim is to create collections that give people the opportunity to express their personality.”
More than just a jewelry maker but rather a one-stop styling destination filled with collections from three design studios in Paris, Stockholm and Los Angeles, this modern brand is the epiphany of modern minimalism. It never takes itself too serious and has an air of joy and whimsical.
I love that everything in their jewelry collection is unique and an expression of so much more than just pretty jewelry but rather pieces that become part of you and your personality.
Iconic designs, purest gold, ethical sourcing, honest pricing, handcrafted in New York City – accept nothing less.
AU RATE is probably my biggest splurge when it comes to day-to-day jewelry but I am in madly love with their designs and their eye for simple perfectionism. These pieces will be with you for years and years without tarnishing or EVER going out of style.
“Fine jewelry — No concessions.”
Their philosophy? That you shouldn’t have to choose between high quality, fair pricing and doing good. So they focused on what matters: durable materials, transparent pricing, sustainable production, and tangible giving. Here’s to one less concession you have to make. Sign me up!!
FYI: I haven’t ever taken my gold bar earrings out since I got them last year for Christmas.
By Lia Jewels
Another incredibly talented designer from Barcelona. By Lia is a jewelry brand for cosmopolitan women who love fashion & trends but prefer timeless jewelry basics.
“Jewelry has the power to be this little one thing that can make you feel unique.”
This powerhouse of a brand is probably the one on this list with most statement pieces in it’s collection.
I love how they create minimalist jewelry to enhance a women’s beauty without giving up being practical by creating everyday jewelry that is affordable and easily takes your from day to night.
One of my absolute favorites is their customizable round signet ring. It’s on my wishlist for a while and I can’t wait to order some as a unique gift for my bridesmaids. (Psst, don’t tell them.)
Discover minimalist fine jewelry essentials that combine classic design with contemporary details. This brand could even turn a traditionalist into a minimalist! Well, at least for a pair of earrings.
“We love the simplicity of everyday moments and believe in creating jewelry that reflects what you love in life”
